JV Continental League Tournament
Douglas County School District has
cancelled all events and access to facilities until 12 noon on Saturday
(2/4/2012). A determination was made that the tournament could
not be completed
with a 12:00 p.m. weigh-in time. The tournament will not be made up.

The
last Jags Youth Wrestling Tournament
of the season is this Sunday at ThunderRidge HS.
We
have need of 6 wrestler

This
is the last opportunity this
season to help with the Jags Youth Wrestling program for those who are
short in
this lettering requirement. Please email your time

BANQUET
DETAILS:
This
year's wrestling banquet will be held on Tuesday, February
21, 2012 at 6:00pm in the High School commons.
You and your family are invited to attend! The cost is $8/per
person, not including the wrestlers. The cost for
the wrestlers is being funded by the wrestling
club.

to Heidi at 248-343-9262 or heidi.lahar@rockcanyonwrestling.com by Wednesday, February 15,
2012 that you
plan to attend the banquet, and include the number of people attending,
so that food/beverages can be planned accordingly.
COACHES GIFTS:
It's
been a common gesture in the past to present the coaches with a
token of appreciation at the wrestling banquet. The
amount for coaches’ gifts is $8/per wrestler.
If
you could, please send the money for coaches' gifts with your wrestler
to practice no later than Wednesday, February 15, 2012.
Cash or check is fine. If writing a check, please write it
to: Jaguar Youth Wrestling Club. Please
place the money in an envelope and address it to "Heidi" and give it to
Coach Castro.
You
may also pay for the banquet in advance as well by sending the money to
practice with your wrestler.
TEAM
MANAGERS:
The
coaches will be recognizing the three team managers at the banquet
and will also be providing them a token of their appreciation for
assisting the wrestling team this year.
