2011 Jaguar Youth Registration Form

Jaguar Youth Wrestling Club practices will begin on Monday November 14 @ 6pm in the Rock Canyon Wrestling Room. Practices will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm through February 5th, 2012. Weekly matches will begin in January.

 

Who can participate?
   Boys/Girls between the ages of 6 and 14 (non-freshman).

Place and Practice Times:
  Rock Canyon High School wrestling room
  6:00-7:00pm Monday and Wednesday evenings (11/14/2011 through 02/05/2012).
 
Items which you need to bring on Monday November 14th, 2011 @ 6:00PM.
1. Above registration form completely filled out
2. Check for $100.00 (made out to Jaguar Youth Wrestling Club).
3. Copy of wrestler’s birth certificate
4. Work out shirt/shorts, wrestling shoes & headgear (optional)
